No. The raised loft flooring system we use was actually created to avoid issues with the insulation in the loft. Unlike a standard loft flooring, where boards are placed directly on top of the joists, LoftZone raises your loft flooring above the insulation, allowing for airflow from the eaves, throughout the loft and under the flooring. This way you avoid rendering your insulation ineffective by being squashed or getting damp through condensation.
